New Housing in Key Submarkets

Harvest at Damonte Ranch
Located at the corner of Veterans Parkway and Steamboat Parkway, Harvest at Damonte Ranch is the first rental community to break ground in Damonte Ranch. The development will total 720 luxury apartment units once complete. Phase 1 included construction of 278 units, an 8,400 square foot clubhouse, resort-style pool and spa, grow-to-grill community garden, outdoor kitchens, dog park, plaza and play area. Harvest’s 8,400 square foot clubhouse includes an entertainment patio, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, game room with large wall-mounted televisions, vast craft room for classes and activities, display kitchen, state-of-the-art business center, and leading edge fitness center with separate yoga and spin studio with instructional resources. Construction of Phase 2 will include the addition of a second 4,500 square foot clubhouse and accompanying pool, and an additional dog park.

The community represents a new product in northern Nevada. Unlike most multifamily designs, the development offers wide-open, less dense environments with just 18 dwelling units per acre, and many of the apartments have 2-car garages, which makes the Harvest offering very unique. Latitude 39
Latitude 39 is a boutique multi-family development located on the shore of the South Meadows Lake at 9870 Double R Boulevard. Construction and leasing on the 148-unit complex are underway and the first residents moved in March 1st.
