Esprit Townhome Apartments is a community consisting of only townhomes for rent, making it unique for new multifamily construction projects in the Reno-Sparks market. The first townhomes will be available for preleasing beginning spring of 2020. Located at Veterans Parkway and Geiger Grade Road, Esprit will consist of 126 three-story townhomes. Floorplans will range from 1225 to 1518 square feet and floorplan choices will include two bedrooms with dual master suites, three bedrooms, and three bedrooms plus a large den or office, all with attached, direct access two or three car garages. The gated community will offer many amenities, such as a clubhouse, pool complex, barbeques, firepits, tot lot and a large dog park. Located in the former Curti Ranch area of South Reno, the development is near primary shopping and entertainment centers.
Esprit Townhome Apartments is the third multifamily development in southeast Reno to be added to the Lewis Apartment Communities portfolio which includes Latitude 39 and Harvest at Damonte Ranch. Esprit brings several unique features to the multifamily market in Reno, as well as to the Lewis Apartment Communities portfolio.
Latitude 39 is completed, with a select few apartments available for lease. Harvest at Damonte Ranch recently opened the third and final phase for leasing. In addition, the second clubhouse, pool and spa are now complete and open for resident use. Final construction on the project located at Veterans Parkway and Steamboat Parkway, is expected early 2020. With the completion of this third phase, the development will total 720 luxury apartment homes. The third phase of the project includes one, two and three-bedroom living spaces ranging from 752 to 1,352 square feet. Each home features luxury finishes, full-size washers and dryers, generous storage and each apartment comes with a garage.
Harvest is the first and only new apartment community to offer two clubhouses, two spas, two pools and hundreds of package lockers. The new 4,500 square foot clubhouse complements the first 8,400 square foot clubhouse. The fitness facility has specialized High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) equipment and houses a Lifestyle Director and Resident Services Administrator to enhance the resident experience. An additional dog park designed to accommodate large breeds as well as small, and a large resident plaza, garden and second kid’s play place are currently under construction.
