BRAD BOTTOSET
Brad Bottoset is a graduate from the University of Windsor and in his 30-year career has successfully brokered business transactions ranging from daycares to trucking companies, contractors to nationally recognized franchises. He has worked directly with the State of Nevada Real Estate Division to develop the guidelines and tests to be accredited as a Licensed Business Broker in Nevada and is a founding Director of the Nevada Business Brokers Association whose fundamental goal is to raise the professionalism of Business Brokers in the State. Brad is a licensed Business and Real Estate Broker in Nevada. Brad is the current co-owner of The Liberty Group of Nevada, LLC, a Business Brokerage firm that is dedicated to helping their clients’ buy or sell their business and ensure that process is an informed and pleasurable experience.


KAYA BROMLEY
Kaya Bromley is an attorney, developer, author, and entrepreneur. She serves as General Counsel for Community Ventures-RE, a Reno-based real estate consulting firm. Ms. Bromley is the co-founder of the Reno-Sparks Opportunity Zone Task Force which is a group of government officials, private developers, economic development authorities, attorneys, CPAs, and stakeholders whose mission is to educate the community about OZ and to connect OZ funds with deals. She has advised multiple OZ projects and funds in the Greater Reno-Sparks area, and she has partnered with the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada and the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development to sponsor the Northern Nevada OZ Summit in March 2019. She is the author of the book, “The Employer’s Guide to Obamacare” which was published in 2014. She has served as General Counsel for Marco’s Pizza, outside counsel for Wal-Mart and Home Depot, and is Executive Director for the National Jack-in-the-Box Franchisee Association. She currently sits on the Board of Trustees for California’s largest restaurant worker’s compensation self-insured group.


ADAM HEUER
Adam Heuer, president of Heuer Insurance Agency, was born and raised in Sparks and is a 4th generation native Nevadan. He attended both Sparks High School and Spanish Springs High School followed by a few semesters in college. Early on it became apparent his career path was heading toward the family business and ultimately he decided to focus his efforts on mastering the Insurance Industry. From there, he attended Safeco University, a specialized insurance school, then on to earn his Certified Insurance Counselor designation shortly after that.

Heuer became the 4th generation owner of Heuer Insurance Agency, who is celebrating 90 years in business, after successfully purchasing the business from Larry and Starla Heuer in 2016. Heuer serves on several not-for-profit boards including the Nevada Independent Insurance Agents (NIIA), Nevada Young Agents, Rotary International, Trout Unlimited and Entrepreneurs Organization of Reno Tahoe.


James KaplanJAMES KAPLAN
James Kaplan is the Founder and Owner of K Corporation. Founded in 1992, the company has been redeveloping well-located properties since the beginning.  K Corporation has been able to reposition the properties they have purchased into attractive assets within the community and have leased the spaces out to tenants that have supplied much needed amenities to the community members.

 

 


TOMI JO LYNCH
Tomi Jo Lynch is a Managing Director with SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates, specializing in industrial properties with a focus on landlord representation. Lynch has been a party to more than $60M in sales volume and has completed over 500 lease transactions throughout her career. Lynch received her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in April 2019 and was awarded the Achiever Award at the 2019 SVN Annual Conference, recently appointed to the local CREW Board, previously served on the NAIOP Northern Nevada Board, sits on the SVNIC Advisory Board and was named the SVN Trainer of the Year in 2015.

GLORIA M. PETRONI
Gloria M. Petroni grew up on a farm in Yerington, Nevada. She is the daughter of an Italian immigrant father with a third grade education who came to the United States when he was sixteen years of age. Without the ability to order a meal at a diner because he knew no English, it was his focus and determination to make a good life for himself and his family in the United States that he passed onto his children.

Today Ms. Petroni is an expert divorce attorney at The Petroni Law Group. She is the first lawyer in her family and takes her mission of providing excellent representation based upon trust and respect seriously as she works for her clients day after day. A native Nevadan, she raised her three adult children and is proud to be a member of our community.
